I would liken the role of managing independent sales professionals to that of herding cats. Yet Sandra makes it look easy. She does it with grace, dignity and a huge helping of professionalism. When working one on one, Sandra makes you feel that you are the most important person in her world at that moment. No question or concern ever goes unanswered or unresolved, and usually it comes far quicker that ever expected. As sales professionals we all need inspiration to keep doing what we do every day, and most often that inspiration has to come from within, but occasionally that internal well can run dry.
